We'll work with you before the interview so you'll understand what to expect, and the best way to answer questions. Understanding the Chinese school interview process and navigating cultural nuances is easy when you've got an advocate on your side.

Congratulations you got a job offer! Now let's sit down and review the contract. We are constantly monitoring salaries and compensation packages at schools in China, so we'll make sure that you're being paid fairly. We'll help you negotiate your salary, payments for expenses, paid time off, and many other perks that come with teaching English in China.

You will need a work visa to teach English in China, and we'll make sure you get one quickly and easily. Some provinces in China require a work permit in addition to a Z visa. Some schools require medical exams. We can help you get the correct forms and fill them out correctly.

If you're new teaching job requires any type of certification, we'll help you get it. Some schools in China require TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certifications. Some do not. If needed, we'll help you find the most cost effective solution to get you certified quickly and easily.

We won't drive you to the airport, but your advocate will help you get set up and comfortably situated in your new home and new neighborhood. Need help with utilities, transportation, internet, shopping? No problem, our staff wants to make your transition into teaching in China as smooth as possible.

Once you're settled in your new teaching job, we'll check in to see how you're doing. You'll also be able to join our opt-in network of people like you teaching English in China.
